Technical credibility, paired with commercial reach.
Galvin Roberts Technical Advisory is an independent technical consultancy and equipment representation specialist, established in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain, and jointly led by two founding Managing Directors with more than 45 years of combined international experience across industrial manufacturing, conveyor engineering and Gulf market development.
We work at the intersection of technical credibility and commercial reach. Every client and partner conversation begins with an engineering conversation, built on decades of direct, hands-on experience with the equipment, technologies and operating conditions found across the cement, mining, steel and port sectors of the Gulf.
We are selectively building a small portfolio of representation partnerships with international OEMs who want a credible, technically grounded presence in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider GCC — without the cost, delay or risk of establishing their own regional office.

Our Approach
An engineering-led process, from first conversation to long-term support.
Assess
We start on the plant floor, not in a boardroom — every engagement opens with a genuine technical assessment of the operation or opportunity in front of us.
Recommend
A straight, engineering-grounded recommendation — the right equipment, partner or approach, even when that means an uncomfortable answer.
Deliver
Representation, equipment supply, installation or commissioning — delivered through a vetted network of regional partners and subcontractors.
Support
The relationship continues after delivery, through managed services and maintenance retainers — a single transaction was never the goal.
A market built for a technically-led representative.
International equipment manufacturers entering or expanding in this market face a familiar set of obstacles: unfamiliar commercial registration and agency regimes, long sales cycles built on personal relationships, and a shortage of partners who can speak credibly to both plant engineers and procurement teams. Galvin Roberts Technical Advisory exists to remove those obstacles.
Purpose-built experience across four demanding industries.
Cement
Clinker and raw material handling, plant audits and energy optimisation studies.
Mining
Bulk ore and mineral conveying, wear protection and maintenance strategy.
Steelworks
High-temperature and heavy-duty material transport systems.
Ports
Ship loading, unloading and stockyard conveying systems.
Two audiences. One engineering-led standard.
Galvin Roberts Technical Advisory sits between international manufacturers and the plant operators who run their equipment — bringing the same technical credibility to both sides of that relationship.

Bahrain as our hub. The Gulf as our reach.
Bahrain serves as our regional hub, with direct road access to Saudi Arabia via the King Fahd Causeway and an established pathway toward a Saudi commercial presence. Egypt is pursued in parallel as our second primary market, with the wider GCC and broader MENA and Eurasian region as our longer-term ambition.
